Cold Brewed Hojicha
- 6 tsp loose leaf hojicha
- 1 qt water
Miso Caramel Hojicha Latte
- 1 tbsp miso caramel sauce to taste
- 1 part cold brewed hojicha
- 1 part milk of choice
- ice
Cold Brew Hojicha
In a carafe with infuser, combine loose leaf hojicha with water.
Place in the fridge for 2-8 hours. The tea will be light at 2 hours, and strong when brewed for 8 hours.
Assemble the Latte
Drizzle miso caramel on the bottom and along the sides of the glass.
Add ice, milk of choice, and hojicha. Feel free to adjust the latte to your taste preference if you'd prefer stronger tea flavor or milky flavor.
