Miso Caramel Hojicha Latte

Ingredients

Cold Brewed Hojicha

  • 6 tsp loose leaf hojicha
  • 1 qt water

Miso Caramel Hojicha Latte

  • 1 tbsp miso caramel sauce to taste
  • 1 part cold brewed hojicha
  • 1 part milk of choice
  • ice

Instructions

Cold Brew Hojicha

  • In a carafe with infuser, combine loose leaf hojicha with water.
  • Place in the fridge for 2-8 hours. The tea will be light at 2 hours, and strong when brewed for 8 hours.

Assemble the Latte

  • Drizzle miso caramel on the bottom and along the sides of the glass.
  • Add ice, milk of choice, and hojicha. Feel free to adjust the latte to your taste preference if you'd prefer stronger tea flavor or milky flavor.
