Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup calamansi juice or key limes
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1-2 thai chili peppers to taste
  • ¼ cup sweet onion minced, or any onion or shallot

Instructions

  • Chop and mince the garlic, chili, and onion.
  • For fresh calamansi or key limes, squeeze the citrus over a strainer to separate the seeds and juice.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
