- 1 large avocado sliced
- 1 banana sliced
- ½ cup fat free vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup milk of your choice
- 1 tsp wildflower honey
- 1 cup ice

Fill the blender in order of the ingredients listed. In general, your smoothie will blend better when you to add fruit first, then yogurt/liquids, then add ice last.
Pulse until all the layers have mixed with each other. Then set the blender on low and slowly increase the speed until the "whirlpool" is fully present. Once there, continue blending the whirlpool for at least 20 seconds.
Divide the smoothie into 2 cups.
