Everyone loves a gorgeous breakfast toast that is also surprisingly easy to prepare! Try it on its own or as part of an elaborate brunch spread for your guests!

Ingredients
  

Toast
  • 1 slice bread toasted
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 eggs poached
  • 2 tbsp ikura
  • green onion chopped
  • furikake to taste

Equipment

  • Our Place Wonder Oven or toaster

Method
 

  1. Spread cream cheese on toasted bread. Place the poached eggs on top.
  2. Add ikura on top, gently placing them so they do not fall off the toast.
  3. Finish with a sprinkle of green onion and furikake.
